Mini Italian Meatballs
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Texas Wagyu beef, Italian breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- 2
Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Cook the Meatballs
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs to the skillet in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- 4
Add the Marinara Sauce
Once the meatballs are cooked, pour the marinara sauce over them in the skillet. Allow the meatballs to simmer in the sauce for an additional 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 5
Serve
Remove from heat and serve the mini Italian meatballs warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
