Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Spaghetti

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Pancetta

While the spaghetti is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Mix Eggs and Cheese

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated parmesan cheese, and black pepper until well combined.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Once the spaghetti is cooked, reserve 1 cup of the pasta water, then drain the spaghetti. Quickly add the hot spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the hot pasta and toss quickly, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a creamy sauce.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
