Prepare the Mascarpone Cream
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, blood orange juice, and blood orange zest until smooth and creamy.

Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each chocolate ladyfinger into the brewed coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer the Tiramisu
In a rectangular dish, layer half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone cream.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.

Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with candied hazelnuts if desired.
