Marinate the Steak
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Rub this mixture over the petite tender steaks and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Vegetables
Chop the romaine lettuce, kale, and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Heat Artichokes and Tomatoes
In a skillet, warm the artichokes and roasted tomatoes over medium heat for about 5 minutes, just until heated through. Combine with the fresh vegetables.
Assembly

Assemble the Dish
On a large plate, layer the greens (romaine and kale) and top with the warm artichokes and tomatoes. Slice the cooked steak and place it on top.

Sprinkle with gorgonzola cheese, crumbled bacon, and pickled onions. Drizzle with oregano vinaigrette and gorgonzola yogurt dressing before serving.
