Assembly and Serving

Scoop ice cream
Divide four scoops of vanilla ice cream between two serving dishes or bowls.

Add berry compote
Spoon 1/2 cup of summer berry compote over and around the scoops, letting some sauce drizzle down the sides.

Top with whipped cream
Dollop or pipe about 2 tablespoons of whipped cream over the ice cream and berries.

Garnish with chocolate pearls
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chocolate pearls over the whipped cream for crunch and visual contrast.

Finish with waffle cookie
Break the waffle cookie into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle on top, or place the whole cookie on the side as a garnish.
