SPARKLING WINE & CHAMPAGNE

1. Chill champagne flutes in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to ensure the drink stays cold.

2. Pour 15 ml crème de cassis into the bottom of each flute.

3. Slowly top each flute with 120 ml Lanson Black Label Brut Champagne to preserve the bubbles.

4. Garnish with a fresh raspberry on a skewer or drop one into the glass, if desired.

5. Serve immediately.
