POLO LOUNGE CLASSICS

   Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling with ice water for a few minutes.

   In a mixing glass, combine 60 ml Michter's Rye Whiskey, 22 ml Dry Vermouth, and 7.5 ml Grenadine. Fill the mixing glass with ice.

   Stir thoroughly for about 20-25 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

4. 4

   Strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.
