Chill a tall cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.

In a blender, combine Palm Republic Rum (60 ml), Organic Pina Colada Mix (180 ml), Fresh Pineapple chunks (120 ml), and Coconut cream (30 ml). Add ice to fill the blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 20-30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into the chilled glass.

Gently float Dictador 20 Yr Aged Rum (60 ml) on top by slowly pouring over the back of a spoon.

Garnish with 2 Maraschino cherries. Serve immediately.
