PROBIOTIC BOWL - DIRECTIONS

1. Prep rice and greens

Rinse radish sprouts and spinach; pat dry. Reheat the jasmine rice until steaming hot.

2. Wilt spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of water and the spinach; cook until wilted, about 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. Prepare kimchi

Chop napa cabbage kimchi into bite-sized pieces for easier eating.

4. Assemble bowl

Spread the hot jasmine rice in a bowl. Top with kimchi, wilted spinach, and radish sprouts.

5. Finish with vinaigrette

Drizzle 0.25 cup miso ginger vinaigrette over the top. Toss gently to combine and adjust seasoning as desired.
