FROZEN AND BREWED
Method
FROZEN AND BREWED
- 1
Brew two shots (approximately 60 ml) of Cappuccine's own blend of mountain-grown Arabica coffee and set aside to cool briefly.
- 2
In a blender, add 1 cup ice cubes, 180 ml milk, the cooled coffee, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons sugar or simple syrup.
- 3
Blend on high until the mixture is frosty and smooth, about 30-45 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more milk.
- 4
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- 5
Pour the frozen latte into two tall glasses. Top each with 1 tablespoon whipped cream and a light dusting of cocoa powder.
