STARTERS
- 1
Prepare fruit and cheeses
Rinse the seasonal fruits and slice into bite-sized pieces. Slice the Brie or triple-cream cheese into thin wedges and arrange with the ricotta on the board.
- 2
Toast crostini
Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch rounds. Arrange on a baking sheet and toast in a 350°F (175°C) oven until lightly golden, about 6–8 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly.
- 3
Set the ricotta
On a large serving board, dollop the ricotta in small mounds or spread lightly to create a base for crostini toppings.
- 4
Assemble fruit, cheese, and honey
Arrange the sliced fruit around the cheeses. Place honeycomb shards on the board and drizzle honey over the fruit and cheeses to lightly sweeten and bind flavors.
- 5
Finish with crunch and aroma
Sprinkle toasted pistachios over the board and tuck fresh mint leaves among the fruit and cheeses for contrast and brightness.
