Step 1
Fill a shaker with ice. Add Buffalo Trace Bourbon (45 ml), Disaronno Amaretto (22 ml), peach purée (30 ml), fresh lemon juice (22 ml), and orange bitters (2 dashes). Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass (or rocks glass with fresh ice if preferred).

Garnish with an orange twist, expressing the oils over the drink and twisting it onto the rim.
