    Brew espresso

    Pull a 30 ml shot of espresso and pour into a pre-warmed latte cup.

    Steam milk

    Steam the milk to approximately 65°C (150°F) until velvety microfoam forms. Keep foam light for a smooth latte.

    Assemble latte

    Pour the steamed milk into the espresso, then spoon the foam on top. Add 0.5 tsp of sugar if desired and stir to combine.
