Prepare chamomile tea infusion
Brew chamomile tea by steeping one chamomile tea bag in 120 ml hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.

Chill glass and gather ingredients
Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for a few minutes. Have the liqueur, cooled chamomile tea, and champagne measured and ready.

Build the base
In a chilled mixing glass, combine 22 ml of liqueur with 30 ml of the cooled chamomile tea. Stir gently to blend flavors.

Assemble and top
Pour the base into the chilled champagne flute. Top with 90 ml Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blanc Champagne until the glass is filled.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with a lemon twist or a chamomile flower. Serve immediately.
