Prepare hot water
Place 4 cups of water in a kettle and bring to a rolling boil.

Brew Earl Grey tea
Place 2 Earl Grey tea bags in a teapot. Pour 1 cup of the hot water over the bags and steep for 3–4 minutes. Remove the bags.

Brew Jasmine Green tea
Place 2 Jasmine green tea bags in another cup. Pour 1 cup of hot water and steep 2–3 minutes. Remove the bags.

Place 2 peppermint tea bags in a cup. Pour 1 cup of hot water and steep 5–7 minutes. Remove the bags.

Place 2 chamomile tea bags in a cup. Pour 1 cup of hot water and steep 5–7 minutes. Remove the bags.

Sweeten and garnish
Stir 1 teaspoon sugar or honey into each of the four cups. Garnish two cups with a lemon slice if desired.
