Muddle raspberries
In a shaker, muddle the 6 fresh raspberries with 15 ml pineapple juice to release flavor and color.

Add spirits and liqueur
Add 60 ml Palm Republic Silver Rum and 30 ml Blue Curaçao to the shaker with the muddled raspberries.

Add pineapple juice and coconut cream
Pour 120 ml pineapple juice and 30 ml coconut cream into the shaker.

Chill and combine
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

Serve
Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a raspberry on a toothpick and a pineapple wedge.
