Preparing the Fries

Cut and Soak Potatoes
Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips (about 1/4 inch thick). Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

Heat Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry Potatoes
Drain and dry the soaked potato strips thoroughly with paper towels. Fry the potatoes in batches for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika while hot.

Melt the Cheese
In a small saucepan, gently heat the white American cheese until melted. Stir occasionally to ensure it doesn't burn.

On a large plate or serving platter, layer the crispy fries. Top with the sliced Wagyu steak, sautéed vegetables, and drizzle the melted white American cheese over the top.
