Assemble the Subs
Take each sub roll and slice it lengthwise without cutting all the way through. This will create a pocket for the fillings.

Add Condiments
Spread mayonnaise and mustard inside each sub according to preference. Drizzle olive oil and Italian dressing over the top.

Layer the Toppings
Add lettuce, sliced tomato, onion rings, and pickles inside each sub, evenly distributing the toppings.

Add Cheese
Place provolone cheese on the Italian Cold Cut and Veggie Subs, and Swiss cheese on the Turkey and Roast Beef Subs.

Arrange the Party Tray
Cut each assembled sub into 3 portions and arrange them on a large tray. You can alternate the types of subs to create a colorful presentation.

Serve with extra condiments on the side for guests to customize their subs.
