Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well coated.

Preheat the Smoker
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

Smoke the Wings
Place the seasoned wings in the smoker and smoke for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the wings are cooked through.

Glaze with Barbecue Sauce
During the last 15 minutes of smoking, brush the wings with barbecue sauce to create a glaze.

Remove the wings from the smoker, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
