Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the chicken wings and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Breading
In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and cornstarch. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Coat the Wings and Fish
Dip each marinated chicken wing into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture. Repeat the process with the fish filets.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil and fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Fry the Fish
In the same oil, fry the coated fish filets for about 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Arrange the fried wings and fish filets on a platter and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces.
