Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Start by cleaning all seafood. Rinse the snow crab clusters, shrimp, crawfish, and set aside. Peel and quarter the potatoes, and cut the corn in half if desired.

  2. 2

    Boil the Potatoes and Corn

In a large pot, fill with water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and corn. Boil for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.

  3. 3

    Add the Sausage and Eggs

Slice the jalapeño beef sausage into bite-sized pieces. Add the sausage and boiled eggs to the pot. Boil for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Seafood

Carefully add the snow crab clusters, shrimp, and crawfish to the pot. Boil for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce

In a separate saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter and add minced garlic (to taste), lemon juice, and seasoning. Stir until well combined.

  6. 6

    Combine and Serve

Drain the contents of the pot and transfer to a serving platter. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the seafood and vegetables. Serve hot with additional lemon wedges if desired.
