Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped green onions, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- 2
Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing it lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- 3
Stuff the Salmon
Stuff each salmon fillet pocket with the crab and shrimp mixture, packing it lightly.
- 4
Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in paprika and remove from heat.
- 5
Bake the Salmon
Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the fillets. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 6
Serve
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the top and garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.
