Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Rice
Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Garlic and Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Salmon
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Cream Garlic Sauce
In the same skillet, reduce heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the remaining juices in the skillet. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
