Prepare the Ingredients
Clean the mussels under cold water, removing any beards or debris. Cut the corn into halves and set aside. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, approximately 10 minutes, then cool and peel them. Cut the sausage into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking the Vegetables
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add broccoli florets and corn halves. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove and set aside.

Making the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt 100g of butter over low heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in 100ml of cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serving
On a large serving platter, arrange the mussels, corn, broccoli, sausage, and halved boiled eggs. Drizzle the creamy garlic butter sauce over the top and serve immediately.
