Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparing the Lobster Tail
If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. Use kitchen scissors to cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise, exposing the meat.
- 2
Steaming Method
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Place the lobster tails in a steamer basket over the boiling water. Cover and steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and tender.
- 3
Frying Method (Optional)
For a fried lobster tail, heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the lobster tail in the hot oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 4
Making the Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in lemon juice, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 1-2 minutes until garlic is fragrant.
- 5
Serving
Remove the lobster tail from the steamer or fryer and place it on a plate. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the lobster tail and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
