Chicken Wings and Marinade

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Marinate the Wings

In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, brown sugar, thyme, allspice, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

  2. 2

    Add Chicken

Add the chicken wingettes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Wings

Place the marinated wingettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
