Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lime juice, brown sugar, thyme, allspice, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add Chicken
Add the chicken wingettes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavor.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the Wings
Place the marinated wingettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
