Directions
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wingettes dry with paper towels and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- 2
Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- 3
Coat the Wings
Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken wingettes in the mixing bowl. Toss well to ensure all wings are evenly coated.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Arrange the coated wingettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
