Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2
Make the Seasoned Flour
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix well.
- 3
Coat the Wings
Dredge each chicken wing in the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C).
- 5
Fry the Wings
Carefully place the coated chicken wings in the hot oil, frying them in batches if necessary. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6
Drain and Serve
Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
