Chicken Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Marinate the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure all wings are evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures the wings will cook evenly and get crispy.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Prepare the Yuzu Garlic Butter
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the yuzu juice and mix well. Set aside.
- 5
Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the yuzu garlic butter over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
- 6
Serve with Sriracha
Serve the wings hot with Sriracha on the side for dipping. Enjoy your gluten-free chicken wings!
