Make the Caesar Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until emulsified. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cube some stale bread (about 2 cups) and toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
