Prepare glass
Fill a tall collins or highball glass about 3/4 full with ice (approximately 1 cup).
Add citrus and sweetener
Pour 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz simple syrup over the ice.
Top with White Claw
Open 1 can of White Claw and gently pour it into the glass over the ice and lime mixture. Pour slowly to retain carbonation and avoid foaming.
Stir
Using a bar spoon, gently stir once or twice to combine the lime and syrup with the seltzer without flattening it.
Garnish & serve
Garnish the glass with 1 lime wedge or wheel on the rim and, if using, tuck a mint sprig into the drink. Serve immediately while fizzy.
