Bliss Berry Smoothie

Method

Bliss Berry Smoothie

1

Prepare ingredients

If using a raw beet, roast or boil until tender, then cool, peel, and chop. Peel the banana and measure out oats, yogurt, and blueberries. If blueberries are frozen, there's no need for additional ice unless you want extra chill.

2

Layer in blender

Add the liquid (almond milk) to the blender first, then yogurt, banana, beet, blueberries, rolled oats, and flaxseed. Adding liquid first helps the blades spin freely and blend evenly.

3

Sweeten and brighten

Add honey or maple syrup if you want more sweetness and the lemon juice to balance the flavors and brighten the smoothie.

4

Blend

Secure the lid and blend on medium-high for 45–60 seconds, or until completely smooth and the oats are fully integrated. If the mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of almond milk and blend again. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or 1 tablespoon oats and blend briefly.

5

Adjust and serve

Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed. Pour into a glass, sprinkle a pinch of extra oats or a teaspoon of flaxseed on top if desired, and serve immediately.

Easy Green Smoothie

6

Prepare produce

Core and chop the apple (leave the skin on for fiber). Peel and slice the banana. Scoop and measure avocado. If using fresh pineapple, core and chop into chunks. Grate a small amount of fresh ginger if using.

7

Assemble in blender

Add coconut water (or water) to the blender first, then spinach, pineapple, apple, banana, avocado, lime juice, grated ginger, and chia seeds. Finish with ice cubes on top.

8

Blend until smooth

Blend on medium-high for 45–75 seconds, pausing to scrape down the sides once if needed, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons more coconut water and blend again; if too thin, add a few more ice cubes or 1/4 avocado.

9

Taste and finish

Taste and adjust: add a squeeze more lime for brightness, a teaspoon of honey if you prefer sweeter, or a pinch of salt to deepen flavors. Pour into a glass and serve immediately for best color and texture.
