1

Chill and prepare glass

If bottles are not cold, chill Smirnoff Ice in the refrigerator or an ice bucket until 4–7°C (about 20–30 minutes). Fill a tall glass (highball) with ice cubes to chill the glass.

2

Add bottle

Open one bottle of Smirnoff Ice and pour it gently into the prepared glass over the ice. If serving two, split two bottles between two glasses or pour one bottle per glass.

3

Add lime

Cut the fresh lime in half. Squeeze the juice from half a lime (about 0.5 lime) into the glass, taking care not to add seeds. Drop the squeezed lime half into the glass for extra aroma, or discard if preferred.

4

Optional adjustment

Taste and, if desired, add club soda (about 60 ml) to lengthen and lighten the drink, or stir in 1 tsp simple syrup to sweeten slightly. Stir gently once to combine.

5

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a mint sprig (optional) and a lime wedge on the rim. Serve with a straw or stirrer. One bottle yields one serving; if using two bottles in one larger pitcher-style glass, share accordingly.
