Soda / Soft Drinks

Garnish & Service (optional)

Method

Soda / Soft Drinks

1

Serve individual sodas

Chill bottles or cans of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, 7UP, Ginger Ale, Club Soda, Orange Crush, and Mug's Root Beer until cold (ideally 38°F / 3°C). Keep each type separate so guests can choose. If serving from bottles or cans, open at the time of service and pour into glasses over ice as requested.

2

If serving in a self-serve dispenser or pitcher for multiple guests, pour each soda into its own labeled pitcher or well in the dispenser to avoid mixing flavors.

3

Do not mix different sodas together unless making a specific float or mixed soda drink; keep carbonation and flavor profiles distinct.

Iced Tea

4

Serve Brisk Iced Tea

Chill the Brisk Iced Tea bottle or can. Serve cold in a glass over ice or pour into a labeled pitcher. Offer lemon wedges on the side. For best flavor, do not dilute with water; if guests prefer less sweetness, offer a separate glass of ice to allow dilution.

Garnish & Service (optional)

5

Fill glasses with ice cubes if desired. Provide lemon wedges for the iced tea and straws for convenience. Place opened bottles/cans or pitchers on a tray or self-serve station with clear labels for each beverage.

6

Maintain carbonation by keeping bottles/cans closed until served. Replenish ice and chilled stock as needed.
