Base Mix
Fruit & Juice
Carbonation & Garnish
Method
Prepare Base Mix
Measure and combine spirits
In a large pitcher (at least 2.5–3 quart / liter capacity), pour 2 cups vodka, 1 cup white rum, and 1 cup triple sec. Stir gently to combine.
Add citrus and sweetener
Add 1 cup fresh lime juice and 1 cup simple syrup to the spirits. Stir until the simple syrup is fully incorporated.
Add Fruit & Juices
Add juices
Pour in 3 cups orange juice, 2 cups pineapple juice, and 2 cups cranberry juice. Stir until homogeneous.
Fold in fruit
Add the sliced orange, sliced limes, and 1 cup pineapple chunks into the pitcher. Gently press the fruit with a spoon to release a little extra flavor, but do not crush.
Chill and Finish
Chill
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally 2–3 hours. Chilling allows the flavors to meld and the fruit to infuse the liquid.
Add ice and carbonation
Just before serving, add 6–8 cups of ice to the pitcher (or fill serving glasses with ice). Pour in 2 cups chilled club soda or sparkling water and stir gently to combine without flattening the bubbles.
Garnish and serve
Float a few additional orange and lime slices on the surface. Add mint sprigs for aroma if desired. Serve immediately in ice-filled glasses, ladling both liquid and fruit into each glass so guests get a mix of juices and fruit pieces.
