1. Prepare the Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
2. Prepare the Garlic
Slice the top off the head of roasted garlic to expose the cloves. Squeeze the roasted garlic into a small bowl and mash it with a fork.
3. Assemble the Pie
Spread the mashed roasted garlic evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, provolone, ricotta, and half of the parmesan cheese. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the garlic layer.
4. Add Olive Oil and Herbs
Drizzle olive oil over the cheese mixture. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top, followed by the remaining parmesan cheese.
5. Bake the Pie
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
6. Cool and Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm.
