Brewing Coffee

Prepare the Vietnamese Coffee Filter
Place the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) on top of a glass or cup. Make sure the filter is clean and dry.

Add Coffee
Add 2 tablespoons of Vietnamese ground coffee into the filter. Gently shake to level the coffee.

Pour Hot Water
Slowly pour 4 cups of hot water over the coffee grounds in the filter. Allow the coffee to brew for about 4-5 minutes.

Collect the Brewed Coffee
Once brewing is complete, remove the filter carefully to avoid spilling any grounds. The brewed coffee should drip into the glass.

Add Sweetened Condensed Milk
Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the brewed coffee. Stir well to combine.

If you prefer an iced version, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
