Brewing the Tea

Boil Water
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Cover the pot and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.

After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher. Discard the tea leaves.
Sweetening the Tea

While the tea is still warm, add 1 cup of sugar to the strained tea and stir until completely dissolved.
