Breading Process

Set Up Breading Stations
Prepare three shallow bowls. In the first bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In the second bowl, beat the eggs. In the third bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs mixed with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Shrimp
Take each marinated shrimp and first coat it in flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip it in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the shrimp in the panko breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
Frying

Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan or deep skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can test the oil by dropping a small piece of bread in it; if it sizzles and browns quickly, the oil is ready.
