Clean the quail thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels and set aside.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them. Set aside for later use.

Cook the Quail
In a large skillet, heat the melted butter over medium heat. Once hot, place the seasoned quail in the skillet, breast side down. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Cook the quail until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat.
Serving

Transfer the cooked quail to a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the quail.
