Clean the Quail
Rinse the quail under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Season the Quail
Rub the outside and cavity of the quail with salt and black pepper to taste.

Prepare the Garlic
Mince the garlic cloves finely and set aside.
Cooking

Make the Butter Mixture
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and fresh thyme, then sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Cook the Quail
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the seasoned quail in the skillet, cooking for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Plate the Quail
Transfer the cooked quail to a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the quail and garnish with chopped parsley.
