Preparing the Filling

Cook the Pork
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground pork and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to break up the meat.

Prepare Rice Paper
Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper in the water for about 10-15 seconds, or until it becomes soft and pliable.

Fill and Roll
Place the softened rice paper on a clean surface. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the filling onto the lower third of the wrapper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.

Repeat the process for the remaining wrappers and filling.
