Method
Preparation
- 1
Clean and Season the Wings
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a bowl, season the wings with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Marinade
In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until well combined.

Cooking
- 4
Prepare the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Set aside.
- 5
Heat the Oil
In a deep fryer or a large pot, heat the vegetable oil to 180°C (350°F). Use a thermometer to ensure the oil is at the right temperature for frying.
- 6
Fry the Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Carefully place the wings in the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
