Prepare the Taro
Peel the taro root using a vegetable peeler. Cut it into small cubes, approximately 1 inch in size.

Make the Coco Mixture
Once the taro is cooked, drain the water and return the taro to the pot. Add 400 ml of coconut milk, 50 grams of sugar, and 1 tsp of salt. Stir well to combine the ingredients.

Simmer
Place the pot back on low heat and gently simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. The mixture should become creamy and slightly thickened.
Serving

Serve the Coco Taro
Spoon the Coco Taro into serving bowls. If desired, top with grated coconut, chopped nuts, or sliced fruits for added texture and flavor. Enjoy warm!
