Cook the Rice
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely or refrigerate to speed up cooling.

Sauté the Proteins
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, diced chicken, and shrimp. Cook until all proteins are browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the Vegetables
Add the chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, diced carrots, minced garlic, and frozen peas to the skillet. Sauté for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Season the Mixture
Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper over the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients and ensure the rice is evenly coated.

Incorporate the Rice
Add the cooled jasmine rice to the skillet. Stir continuously to mix everything together, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
