Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

Cook the Chicken
Push the vegetables to the sides of the skillet and add the marinated chicken thighs skin-side down. Cook for about 7-8 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Flip the chicken and add the dried oregano and thyme over the top.

Combine and Finish Cooking
Once flipped, cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve the chicken and vegetables hot, and enjoy your delicious Wasted Chicken!
