    Grate the cucumber using a box grater or food processor. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze to remove excess moisture.

Mixing

    In a mixing bowl, add the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and black pepper.

Chilling
