Fresh Fruit Salad

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Step 1: Mix Ingredients

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Step 2: Form Patties

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adding the cheddar cheese slices on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Step 3: Grill or Pan-Fry

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Step 4: Toast Buns

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, sliced tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Top with the other half of the bun.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

Prepare the Egg Mixture

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Allow the bread to soak for a few seconds to absorb the mixture.

Soak the Bread

In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the soaked bread slices and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Add more butter as necessary for additional slices.

Cook the French Toast

Serve the French toast warm with your favorite sweet topping, such as maple syrup, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the Italian sausage and cook until browned. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cook the Sausage and Mushrooms

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

In the same skillet used for the sausage and mushrooms, pour the egg mixture and cook over medium-low heat. Gently stir the eggs occasionally, allowing them to cook evenly.

Cook the Omelet

Once the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny on top, add the cooked sausage, mushrooms, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese evenly over one half of the omelet.

Add Fillings

Carefully fold the omelet in half over the fillings. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked. Slide the giant omelet onto a large plate.

Wash all the fruits thoroughly. Remove the stems from strawberries, peel the kiwi and banana, and chop the apple into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, sliced banana, chopped apple, and grapes.

Combine the Fruits

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice until well combined.

Make the Dressing

Pour the honey-lemon dressing over the fruit salad. Gently toss to combine. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
