Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it's hot enough to make the fries crispy.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash the Russet potatoes thoroughly under cold water. Peel them if desired, then cut each potato into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

Seasoning

  1. 3

    Coat Potatoes

In a large mixing bowl, toss the cut potato strips with olive oil until they are evenly coated.

  2. 4

    Add Seasonings

Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley over the oiled potatoes. Toss again until the potatoes are thoroughly coated with the seasoning mix.

Baking

  1. 5

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not overcrowded to allow for even cooking.

  2. 6

    Bake the Fries

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Remove the fries from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Serve hot as a delicious side dish or snack.
