Prepare Habanero Infused Tequila
Infuse tequila with habanero peppers by adding sliced habaneros to a bottle of tequila and letting it sit for 24-48 hours. Strain before using.

Make Pineapple Purée
Blend fresh pineapple chunks in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp, if desired.

Make Sweet & Sour Mix
Combine fresh lime juice and simple syrup in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Mixing the Margarita

Prepare Glass
Take a glass and moisten the rim with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into a mixture of Tajín and ground cinnamon to coat.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of habanero infused tequila, 1 oz of orange liqueur, 1 oz of sweet & sour mix, and 1 cup of pineapple purée.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
